Amazing service. It’s hard to find a good mechanic shop anywhere! These folks took great care of my daughter, and that means the world to me. They did not have to give her a loaner car, yet they did. I perceive them to be honest. Mind you, nothing is cheap and this service is certainly not- but you can tell when they are actively trying to keep the service affordable!! This place is our new repair/ maintenance shop. We will be back.

It was a Sunday, I was traveling with my family and dog. My Ford F150 broke down as we were crossing the mountains. Monday morning I took my truck to the Ford Dealership in town, where I was told they couldn't even look at my truck because they were so busy. When I asked where I should go they referred me to Crossroads Garage. When I called I told Kelsey what was happening and she made sure they had a tech who could look at my truck before I drove out to their shop. When I got there I was met with friendly faces and techs that were eager to take a look at my truck. They welcomed us in from the weather including our dog. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, put me in touch with a rental company in town to get a rental car to get home. The most amazing part was the co-owner gave my family and I (and our dog) a ride to the rental car company in his personal vehicle so we wouldn't have to pay for an Uber. My truck was under an extended warranty, they worked with my warranty provider to ensure I would have minimal out of pocket cost. This is a family owned company (both co-owners are techs and Kelsey who works the desk is a wife of one of the techs), all of which are AMAZING & go above and beyond to make a stressful situation better!

Crossroad is amazing! I called the shop before they opwned on a Monday morning, Jake not only answered but immediatley ordered parts and was able to get my 7.3l diesel excursion in that same day! He did a great job and fixed evwrything that needed done in a timely manner and he was very affordable. I would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone!

My husband and I lived in Ellensburg for two years and had Eli work on our 2006 Pontiac Vibe and our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Eli was always professional, trustworthy, fast and kept us up to date on anything big he did before doing it. He offered to take me back into the workshop to show me his work anytime I came to the shop alone and showed no favoritism to explaining things to my husband compared to me. We have since left WA state and still call Eli for car questions we have which he is more than happy to answer for us. We will miss the crossroad's garage service and friendliness!

I met Crossroad Garage LLC after my 04.5 Dodge RAM 3500 5.9l left me stranded for the second time over 100 miles from home.  Had the truck towed to their shop.  They took such good care of my family and me.  Their customer service skills are wonderful.  It was a great relief during a stressful time.  They were able to diagnose the symptoms, provided an estimate and explained everything in detail and being a woman, i understood it all.  Truck needed new injectors, new pump
New Fass fuel system, got the smarty junior and a new exhaust to help with towing. I am so happy with the way the truck performs. The attention to detail is beyond anyone else.  The quality of work is the best.   I highly recommend Crossroad Garage llc.   I will be traveling here to get future work done on my truck.  Honest, Trustworthy  and Caring mechanics are hard to find.  This place has them.  Dont miss out on a wonderful experience.

Took my truck in for a heater problem got it diagnosed within minutes the guys fixed it up good with no problem and good prices as well thanks!

Our truck broke down in the middle of our 8 hour drive outside of Ellensburg. It was a Saturday and not one mechanic was open. These guys just happened to be at the garage and after some problem solving was able to fix our truck and got us back on the road quickly. The cost was less than we were expecting. The best most incredible service! Not sure what we would’ve done without them. Can’t thank Crossroad Garage enough!

My car suddenly lost all power on my way over the pass. Dean from Deans Towing picked me up, in no time, he had me in the parking lot of Crossroad Garage. Jake came out to greet me and assured me he would find out what the problem was. Inside the office, you feel like your almost one of the crew by the way they treat you. since it was getting late, one of the technicians advised me to check back in the morning. My girlfriend arrived before to long and we were on our way. About 30 minutes later my phone rang, the battery cable had come loose, Jake said I could pick it up and their would be no charge! Needless to say, I was extreemly happy about this. I have a hard time trusting people whom I need when on the road, I can assure you, I would trust them with anything I own, the best part is how down to earth they are!

Eli helped us in a dire situation and didn’t take advantage of us. He was honest and knowledgeable about our truck. We are from Tacoma and he did the best he could to get us back home. We would recommend Crossroad Garage to everyone. Iron sharpens iron.

When I experienced mechanical problems with my 1961 Chevy panel truck, while passing through Ellensburg just before Christmas, the tow truck operator said he would take my truck to the best shop in town. As it turned out, he was not kidding. Eli, the co-owner of Crossroad Garage, got me in right away to get me back on the road as soon as possible. The professionalism, service and compassion I received from Eli and his service technician Jake was way beyond what I expected. The guys at Crossroad Garage team bent over backwards trying to get needed parts and get the repair done as quickly as possible, yet done right. The repair and parts bill was extremely fair. I could not have been anymore pleased. God's blessing was surely with me that day when he guided me to the fine folks at Crossroad Garage. Thank you so much Eli and Jake!
