Wow!!!! First the service i received. Unreal customer service. Jake is the best. Exsplained in detail exactly what i was getting. Other options and what i could expect. Found them on line after i got scammed on ebay for some new Bosch injectors. China knock offs.
Still trying to get refund three months later.
Jake convinced me to go with a step up +25 hp and i am so glad I took his recommendation. My 2006 dodge 2500 5.9 never ran so good.
I can't say enough about the service and the quality of the parts. And i dont want to leave Krissy out. Hope thats the was you spell her name....sorry if i didn't get it right. She helped me through the core return. Made it painless. I am a VP of a large Electrical Contractor in Southern California and i know what customer service is. Jakes company is 5 star. We were pulling our camping trailer from Maple Valley to HEllensburg for few days of camping on the river when my 06 Dodge Ram 3500 blew coolant hose on back of the engine just couple miles from campground, I contacted Dodge Dealer in town but they were month out but they gave me 3 shops to call so I called just before 5pm and she told me be there 8am and they will check it, Jake checked it and after talking with him of what he found, I left it for them to replace the water pump, head gasket, resurfaced the head, new injectors and added an Air Dog Fuel System…Extremely satisfied with the quality, care and expertise of their work, I have an excellent shop that have been taking care of all my vehicles in my area, but as a retired Union Mechanic I will drive/tow my truck to have Crossroads Garage do all my services from now on….Greatly appreciate the job and very happy the Dealership couldn’t get me in and they referred them….I Highly Recommend them

We visited Jake and Eli when they were swamped, yet they took us in for an emergency inspection to ensure our road safety. Not only were they happy to report no findings but gave us in depth service honesty with an open heart. After praying together for another employee to help with the load, God Himself became the extra hand. We love these hearts and hope they soon are established in the next size building as their service expands.

I didn't think it was possible to meet the most amazing people! We had a blown head gasket on our jeep rubicon in the middle of doing the BDR. We found CRG on google and stopped by to see if they can check our jeep (at the time, we didn't know about the head gasket.) Although they were really busy, they took the time to look at the truck and guessed this might be the issue. Sure enough. We decided to tow the truck ourselves from Ellensburg to Olympia and all we had were ratchet straps. Even though they closed for the day, one of the brothers decided to stop and help us out. As well as lend us very expensive chains since we were in a predicament. I can't say enough great things about the people that work here. I wish I can clone them all and have them closer to where we live. Highly recommend them for anything you want done. They really do have your best interest at heart!

Crossroad repair diagnosed a blown head gasket on my turbo Cummins diesel as we were on our way to Spokane and Nelson B.C.  They told me my repair was going to be 2 weeks out. Well not happy with that but I knew I was at the right place by talking to many of his customers. They were honest with what I needed and the shop did an excellent repair on my truck I got my truck back after about 3 weeks and it runs great the repair was expensive but I feel the crew did an outstanding job. If you need repair on your turbo Cummins diesel I would highly recommend crossroad garage.

Amazing service. It’s hard to find a good mechanic shop anywhere! These folks took great care of my daughter, and that means the world to me. They did not have to give her a loaner car, yet they did. I perceive them to be honest. Mind you, nothing is cheap and this service is certainly not- but you can tell when they are actively trying to keep the service affordable!! This place is our new repair/ maintenance shop. We will be back.

It was a Sunday, I was traveling with my family and dog. My Ford F150 broke down as we were crossing the mountains. Monday morning I took my truck to the Ford Dealership in town, where I was told they couldn't even look at my truck because they were so busy. When I asked where I should go they referred me to Crossroad Garage. When I called I told Kelsey what was happening and she made sure they had a tech who could look at my truck before I drove out to their shop. When I got there I was met with friendly faces and techs that were eager to take a look at my truck. They welcomed us in from the weather including our dog. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, put me in touch with a rental company in town to get a rental car to get home. The most amazing part was the co-owner gave my family and I (and our dog) a ride to the rental car company in his personal vehicle so we wouldn't have to pay for an Uber. My truck was under an extended warranty, they worked with my warranty provider to ensure I would have minimal out of pocket cost. This is a family owned company (both co-owners are techs and Kelsey who works the desk is a wife of one of the techs), all of which are AMAZING & go above and beyond to make a stressful situation better!

Crossroad is amazing! I called the shop before they opwned on a Monday morning, Jake not only answered but immediatley ordered parts and was able to get my 7.3l diesel excursion in that same day! He did a great job and fixed evwrything that needed done in a timely manner and he was very affordable. I would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone!

My husband and I lived in Ellensburg for two years and had Eli work on our 2006 Pontiac Vibe and our 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. Eli was always professional, trustworthy, fast and kept us up to date on anything big he did before doing it. He offered to take me back into the workshop to show me his work anytime I came to the shop alone and showed no favoritism to explaining things to my husband compared to me. We have since left WA state and still call Eli for car questions we have which he is more than happy to answer for us. We will miss the crossroad's garage service and friendliness!

I met Crossroad Garage LLC after my 04.5 Dodge RAM 3500 5.9l left me stranded for the second time over 100 miles from home.  Had the truck towed to their shop.  They took such good care of my family and me.  Their customer service skills are wonderful.  It was a great relief during a stressful time.  They were able to diagnose the symptoms, provided an estimate and explained everything in detail and being a woman, i understood it all.  Truck needed new injectors, new pump
New Fass fuel system, got the smarty junior and a new exhaust to help with towing. I am so happy with the way the truck performs.
